Information regarding accidents, incidents and near misses, this will be stored for the purposes of Health and Safety monitoring and when any claims are made against the insurance.

This includes information that could reveal racial or ethnic origin, physical or mental health (including SEND) or religious beliefs. For example, if you advise of specific dietary requirements this could indicate specific religious beliefs.
